SEGA - sita 4

In 2005, a legend was born on PlayStation 2 - the legend of Kazuma Kiryu, the Dragon of Dojima, in his video game debut with Yakuza. Now, 11 years after its release, a new generation of gamers will be able to experience the unparalleled action and drama of the Yakuza series with the remastered HD remake exclusively for PlayStation 4, Yakuza Kiwami.

"Kiwami" means extreme, and the game embraces that concept. It's not an HD remaster or a refresh of PS2-era textures. Yakuza Kiwami was recreated from the ground up exclusively for PlayStation 4. That means every visual element has been optimized for the 1080p/60fps environment, every line of the script has been re-recorded by the series' actors, and for the first time in the West, players will be able to hear the original Japanese language track.

And then there's the game itself! The PS2-era brawling gameplay is refined for the current generation, as Kazuma Kiryu fights his way through the ranks of the Yakuza and ends up protecting a young girl whose aunt (who also happens to be Kiryu's childhood sweetheart) has disappeared... along with 10 billion yen.

BECOME THE BLADE THAT DESTROYS DEMONS!

It is the Taisho Period in Japan. Tanjiro, a kindhearted boy who sells charcoal for a living, finds his family slaughtered by a demon. To make matters worse, his younger sister Nezuko, the sole survivor, has been transformed into a demon herself. Though devastated by this grim reality, Tanjiro resolves to become a “demon slayer” so that he can turn his sister back into a human and kill the demon that massacred his family.

A sorrowful tale of siblings in which the fates of humans and demons intertwine… begins now!

Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles is a spectacular arena fighting game from the team at CyberConnect2 that lets players relive the memorable moments of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Tanjiro Kamado, Unwavering Resolve Arc and Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Movie: Mugen Train. Follow Tanjiro through the story from the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba anime as he faces demons in order to turn his sister Nezuko, who has become a demon, back into a human.
